MOTHER

Mother, no prayers can abide and endure,
Daring, unselfish, and patient like yours,
Constant like the sea, strong like a tide you are,
Wherever you go, you shine like a star.

My forever favorite person,
Who loves, cares and guides,
My role model and also my pride,
From whom none of my secrets hide.

Even in the history and years that have flown,
No love like mother’s love has shown,
She keeps her child in her womb,
To bring to this life god formed.

I can’t thank you enough for all that you do,
which is said to be true,
God can’t be everywhere,
Hence, he made you.
